About Me
I'm Catherine Sims Bluiett, SPHR. An HR leader with over 20 years of experience across the full employee lifecycle. From hiring to retirement, I've done it all.
I have strong experience working with small to mid-sized companies and a proven track record of building HR functions from scratch: setting strategy, leading teams, overseeing all things people, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership. As a bonus, I'm also professionally fluent in Spanish.
My experience spans across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, professional services, non-profit, environmental services, and technology. I have proven experience leading the HR function in both onsite and remote environments, as well as for organizations with employees in multiple states.
